an FBCU member
You live, work, attend school, or
worship in one of the following counties:
Andrews, Brewster, Crane, Dawson, Ector,
Gaines, Glasscock,
Jeff Davis, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Presidio,
Reeves, Ward, Winkler or Upton
