This loan is available to all members who are full time students of an accredited college. 
The following prerequisites apply:

1. Student must be the member and show evidence of full time enrollment (9 or more semester hours) for the semester.
2. The parents of the student will be co-applicants of the loan unless the student can qualify alone.
3. Applicants must be strong in criteria - employment, credit report, and debt/income ratio, in order to qualify.
4. Loan Terms: monthly payments are adjusted with each advance, amortized to pay out at a ten year period.
   1. Amount - No more than $5,000 per calendar year.
   2. Maximum - $20,000 in loan advances (8 semesters x $2,500=$20,000) during a ten year period
   3. Payback Term - Term will start at ten years and will decrease as the member requests loan advances.
   4. Variable Rate - 1% over Prime Rate, as posted in the Wall Street Journal, adjusted annually each November 1, or the first business day thereafter.
5. Loan is for books and tuition only and will not be funded without a receipt.
